OdysseyPuzzle is seeking a highly motivated and responsible Operations Manager to join our immersive escape room team! If you love puzzles, storytelling, and making things run smoothly, this is the perfect opportunity to take ownership and grow with an exciting local business.


✨ What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee daily operations of our escape room venue

  • Greet and guide customers, ensure an outstanding guest experience

  • Handle basic repairs and maintenance of game props and electronics

  • Manage bookings, schedules, and customer communication (via Bookeo/Shopify/email)

  • Run marketing campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Instagram, promotions)

  • Coordinate part-time staff and maintain high team standards


✅ We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has strong customer service and communication skills

  • Is hands-on, practical, and comfortable with tools and troubleshooting

  • Can learn and manage online systems (Shopify, Google Ads, Bookeo – we can train)

  • Speaks fluent English; Mandarin is a bonus

  • Is available to work on weekends and public holidays when needed

  • Is independent, reliable, and treats the business as their own
